CLAIM EVALUATION AND RESOLUTION

LITIGATION
We represent the interests of employers and insurance carriers on all determinations of compensability.
Our team of experienced Attorneys appear at hearings before the Workers' Compensation Board at all Western New York hearing points, including Buffalo, Jamestown, Allegany, Rochester and Batavia. We also appear virtually at hearings throughout New York.
We conduct depositions of medical and lay witnesses out of Court to move cases forward.
If needed, we will appeal your case to the Workers' Compensation Board, Third Department and/or Court of Appeals, statewide.
STOPPING FRAUD
Williams and Williams uses the latest technology and social media tools, and works closely with surveillance companies to ensure proper defense of your case and stop fraud. Our attorneys have extensive experience in successfully prosecuting claims of fraud under Workers' Compensation Law Section 114-a.
THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS
Williams and Williams will negotiate with opposing counsel, and appear in civil court if necessary, to resolve any issues pertaining to liens on third-party settlements and subrogation.
